Refund & Returns Policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery. Refund/Exchange/Store credit are the viable options if you choose to return your item(s). Please make sure items are unworn, in good condition, & still have tags attached or they will not be accepted for a return. Order must be shipped back before the return timeframe or we will not accept the return.
To start a return, use our (REDO) return portal here.
POD (Print on Demand) can't be canceled once the order is placed due to the time/material it takes to print, cut, and sew the items. A return can be requested once you receive the order. NO REFUND - Exchanges/Store credit only!
ALL sales over 20% (Black Friday Cyber Monday, End Of Year, Warehouse sale etc.) ARE FINAL. Any orders made using special discounts, no returns will be accepted!*
Kinetic Kings has the right to refuse any returns. (RTS) Returned to sender packages will only be refunded once the package arrives to our facility if requested by the customer.
